OtivaXAI designs and builds custom AI agents, automations, and websites. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any project are agreed in a separate proposal before work begins.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this site are starting points, not fixed quotes. Your final price is confirmed in writing after a scoping call. Third-party costs (such as messaging APIs or voice minutes) are passed through at cost.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely access to the accounts and tools needed to deliver your project.
• Ensure you have the rights to any content or data you share with us for use in your project.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the deliverables we create specifically for you. We retain rights to our underlying methods, tools, and any pre-existing materials used to build them.

Limitation of liability

We work to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions, but our services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or services.
